GP Team Challenges Limited

GP Team Challenges Limited runs a professional development programme for 12 blue chip business teams per season, adopting the business lessons from F1 racing teams, and that make them truly high performing businesses.

Working with Cranfield School of Management, the key to the success of the GP Team Challenge is that it delivers measurable business results and a return on investment direct to the organisations that take part over the course of a 9 month 'season'.

The GP Team Challenge will be a life memory for the 12 senior management teams and the up to 22 members of each team that take part. As the season reaches its climax, those 12 management teams will support a fully branded 200 mph open wheeled race car driven by a professional racing driver in a competitive race at Silverstone, against the other teams. The race will be watched by employees of the businesses and the families of the team members and may be appearing on terrestrial TV.
